Privacy Notice

This notice has been prepared by WorldShift Media, acting as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Only the following data is processed through the quote form: business name, industry and phone number, plus — optionally — your email address, Instagram username and the note you add.

The analysis tools on this site (Instagram analysis, website auditor and the others) collect no personal data; results are shown on screen and no email or sign-up is requested.

Your data is processed to prepare a quote for the services you request and to get back to you over WhatsApp or by phone. The legal bases are Article 5/2-c of the KVKK ('processing directly related to the establishment of a contract') and the explicit consent you give via the checkbox on the form.

Your data is not profiled for marketing, added to advertising lists or used for newsletters.

Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For technical reasons, form delivery and hosting run on the servers of our contracted service providers (email delivery and cloud hosting services); these providers process the data solely for delivery.

Data related to a quote request is kept for at most 2 years after the quote process is completed; at the end of that period it is deleted or anonymized.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information if it has been, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim compensation if you suffer damage.

To exercise these rights, simply reach us over our WhatsApp line or through the contact channels in the quote form. Your request is resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
